Meet our therapy Team

Brianne Noll, M.S., LMFT

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, in practice since 2006, and I am honored to lead our counseling services and team of therapists within the Zero Collective that we began in 2014. As a therapist, I specialize in meeting with couples, for a variety of marriage therapy, couples counseling, and premarital counseling, utilizing methods learned from John & Julie Gottman and The Gottman Institute. I also have long-standing experience meeting with individuals and families. It is a strong passion of mine to meet people in the midst of complex life struggles and to assist individuals to grow and strengthen their relationships. The issues we face in our lives today are so challenging, and I am here to provide empathetic support, kind and direct communication, and practical skills, as we collaborate to work through your personal struggles.

In addition, I am proud to lead our stellar team of therapists. We are ready to provide a safe and supportive space for you to process, heal, and grow. Please know that you are welcome in any phase of your life, with any topic that you want to discuss, and that we will meet with you exactly where you are at. I look forward to hearing from you and getting started!

Brittany Dykstra, M.A., LPC

I received my Masters in Counseling from Spring Arbor University and have been in practice for 11 years. I have worked with both adolescents and adults, specializing in individuals going through life transitions. I approach therapy with warmth, empathy and no judgment. I utilize a variety of techniques to assist my clients in reaching the goals they have set and am honored to guide my clients though their hurts and be there to witness their triumphs.

It is my goal to create a safe space where my clients feel supported, seen, and comfortable so they can face and engage with emotions that may be challenging. It is my belief that people don't get over feelings - they need to acknowledge them and work through them. It would be my privilege to walk that journey with you.

Sarah Kocsis, M.Div., LLC (May 2024)

I have a strong enthusiasm for personal growth and self-awareness. Knowing our story and knowing ourselves will assist us in making changes that last. Helping clients who struggle with burnout, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, life transitions, and identity development are things I am very passionate about.

I support a biopsychosocial approach to therapy that incorporates elements of narrative, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused treatments. Mental, physical, social, emotional, spiritual, and financial wellness are a few aspects of your well-being that may be explored. I believe in taking a collaborative approach, therefore we will work together to understand the worry or concerns that motivated you to seek counseling. By providing empathy, support, and understanding, I want to assist you in facilitating change and empowerment in the face of life difficulties.

Zach Sietsema, M.A., LPC

I am passionate about assisting others to find healing with psychotherapy. I strive to provide a supportive space in which my clients can do whatever type of work they would like to focus on. I specialize in working with clients who have a history of trauma, depression, identity development, anxiety and college age/young professional aged adults.

I use a relational focused philosophy that can be adapted to provide a tailored therapy experience for each client. In addition to my relational style, I incorporate (EMDR) Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing and mindfulness-based practices that are helpful in many areas in life.

Tim Ulstad, M.A., LPC

As a counselor it is my desire to see people grow and change in order to achieve their goals. I enjoy working with clients to help them see their potential and to take steps in the growth process. Life isn’t always easy, and we can all benefit from some guidance as we work to overcome the difficulties and obstacles we face.

I enjoy working with young adults, families, and individuals who may be facing difficult issues like anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and past trauma. I have extensive experience meeting with married couples and premarital couples as well.

Ineke Wilkinson, M.A., LLC

I strive to deliver individualized, high quality, evidence based treatment. My treatment approach is personal and integrative, in that I may integrate complementary theories in a thoughtful and intentional way to help you make sustainable changes that will help you reach your goals. Though I have broad clinical interests, I have extensive experience in the areas of life guidance, academic support, unexpected pregnancies, abuse and neglect, self-injurious behavior, suicidal prevention and intervention, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, trauma, and healthy relationship skills. Through our work together, I hope to help you live a more fulfilling, values-consistent life. I look forward to collaborating with you, and I value your willingness to share your story and participate in the therapeutic process.
